"As a General Medical Practioner of 40 years’ experience, I can affirm that "Headaches" rank very highly on the list of common symptoms with which patients consult their General Practioner. In the majority of cases there is no serious underlying pathology. My name is Erika Katz and I am the manager of Novachis Salon in Chicago Illinois. I have been in the salon industry for nearly ten years now, and I have to tell you, I have searched high and low for a product like the HeadBed.
I have been a salon manager for the last eight years and I have done all sorts of research looking for a product like the HeadBed. Our guests are always complaining about the strain on their neck, especially when they come in for unique services like a scalp massage which is done at the bowl. I have had to shampoo many guests forward at the bowl because their neck cannot support the shampoo process, and I have even had a guest be diagnosed with positional vertigo after a shampoo from a color service.
My point in telling you this is that, after all of these years, and guest complaints, and research, I never came across your product. Two weeks ago, I thought I would broaden my search for the best shampoo bowl neck rest to youtube, and guess what? I came across your product. I ordered it and received last week, and every guest that I have shampooed loves the HeadBed.
I got my hair shampooed at the bowl and it was the first time ever in my life that I did not have discomfort at the bowl. The owner of the salon and I have been talking, and we cannot seem to understand why this product is not in every shampoo bowl in every salon across the United States and the world for that matter.

The HeadBed is AMAZING! NO LEAKAGE!! Yes, it's true. Everytime I have my hair washed, and I am a regular 6 week's gal at the hair salon, I get a wet neck and come away from the sink with a damp top. Hannah, who was tipped back into the salon sink every 10 minutes, 8 hours a day, over 3 days at the Sydney Hair Expo 2012 to show a hair product.
Hannah was so thankful when HeadBed came to her rescue on day 2 of the Expo, to provide her neck with well earned relief when Catherine clipped the HeadBed onto the sink.
