Delivery Policy: Physical goods
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will send your goods via your chosen delivery method within 1-3 working days.

Shipping: We can ship to any address in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Generally shipping will take between 2 - 8 days depending on your end location.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights, which will be rounded up to the next 500 grams.

Refund & Returns Policy: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at catherine@headbed.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit, we therefore advise you to take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Headbed International Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Warranty: Subject to terms below, HeadBed International Pty Ltd (HeadBed) will, for one (1) year from the date of purchase, authorise a free of charge repair of your HeadBed if, in HeadBeds opinion, it needs repair because of a manufacturing or materials defect please notify us at catherine@headbed.com.au and supply your invoice number plus date of purchase. One of our team will then contact you further to discuss the warranty. This warranty is not transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.  No HeadBed employee, product retailer or Authorised Service Centre has authority to vary the terms of this warranty.  Goods presented for repair may be replaced as the discretion of HeadBed International Pty Ltd. Transport costs to and from the service centre or an authorised product retailer are not covered by this warranty.

What this Warranty does not cover

  1. Maintenance, repair or replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear.
  2. Repair of scratches to the outside of the unit and other externally exposed parts caused by normal use of the unit.
  3. The unit has been used for anything other than a normal salon application.
  4. Accident, neglect, improper storage, misuse, act of god.
  5. Use of non-HeadBed approved accessories.

The price above is inclusive of local sales tax/VAT/GST and other taxes (as applicable) except the postage/shipping/freight charges.
